Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the clinical car interior cleaning services provided by Zwoosh. By engaging with our services or subscribing to a plan, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Zwoosh Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your chosen plan grants you a specific number of clinical cleaning sessions per period. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly stated in your plan details.
3. Service Delivery & Access
Our mobile specialists will arrive at your provided UK address during the scheduled time window. It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a location where cleaning can be performed safely and legally.
4. Liability & Damages
Zwoosh maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose items left within the vehicle, or electronic malfunctions not directly caused by the clinical cleaning process. Significant debris or biohazards may incur additional surcharges.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Zwoosh subscription at any time via your online account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for partially used periods or missed appointments without 24-hour notice are at our discretion.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
